How
do I place an order? |
On the left column, click a product. For example click Business Cards. If you want to order a set of 1,000 business cards 4/4, scroll down the list till you see 1,000 Business Cards 4/4. Click the “Add one to basket” button. Next, click “Checkout” top right. Next click “Create Account” or enter your login and password if you already have an account. If you are creating a new account, please enter all of the info required in bold. Click continue. Click continue again after reviewing the shopping cart. Choose your shipping options for UPS ground or faster service. Also choose your payment method ie: Visa, MC or Amex. Enter your credit card details and hit continue. After validation, an order number will appear and an invoice will be emailed to you. Order page After you have placed an order and got an order number, you can upload files to our FTP site. Please name your files with your order number. Our new upload page can be found here. UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK. Type in your order number, hit browse, pick your file, and then upload it. Please put all of your artwork/digital files into a folder and create a .ZIP or (mac) .SIT file. Please do not use .sitx files. Other acceptable file types are .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .pdf - Make sure all text has been converted to outlines. All colors CMYK. If using .eps files, convert to .zip files before uploading. Upload file names should have no spaces, and do
not use odd symbols (&,#,<,(,$,#,@,!,%,{,[,) Our old upload
page can be found here: 4/0 = 1 side full color printing. 4/1 = 1 side full color back side is black print. 4/4 = full color both sides. We apply a high gloss UV coating on full color sides of 14pt card stock. On 100# book gloss we apply an aqueous coating. If you want full color with no UV, please email your specifications for a quote. We now offer Matte / Dull finish too. What ICC Color Profiles do I use? Use US sheet fed coated ICC profile. Our color accuracy is very good. Fluctuations occur at an un-noticeable 1%. Color proofs are available but require additional time and cost. What file types do you accept? We accept EPS, TIF, JPG, AI, PDF, Quark PC + fonts. All text must be converted to outlines or vector art. All file submissions require crop marks for final cutting. Photoshop files should be flattened and saved as Tif CMYK mode. Do you have templates? Yes, please download our EPS file templates here. They can be used in most professional design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Quark. You will require a program to unzip the files such as winzip. If using templates with Photoshop or Corel Draw, you must render the files in CMYK mode, 350 or 300 dpi. If using the files for black print only, render the files in Grayscale mode at 350 dpi. How should I prepare my files? Your files should be built in CMYK color mode. Do not include any RGB files. All files should included 1/8” bleed. Text should be no closer that 1/8” to final cut size. To help build correct files, please use our EPS file templates. Photos should be at final size, CMYK and 300-350 dpi. Do not resize photos when placed in programs like Adobe Illustrator. on commercial standards and 1,000 qty is the minimum order. NEW!
We've just added some business cards with UV coating to our
short run list. You can order as little as 250 qty of business
cards to get a good test of our workman ship and quality! Yes, please call or email for your specific product and arrival date options and pricing. Do you do mailings? Yes, please email for a quote. Size, color, qty, mailing arrival date and event date times are needed for a quote. Do offer other sizes and products? We may be able to offer other sizes and finishing items such as die cutting. Please email for a quote. If you require a bookmark that is 1.75x7”, please order the 2x8” bookmark and let us know your actual size. If your bookmark is 2.25x8”, please call for a quote. Pricing for round cornering starts at $45 per 1,000. Please allow additional turn around time for special services. How do I send/upload files? No fonts will be needed after that. For Photoshop files, please flatten file and fonts are not required. Quark PC files require fonts. What is your color guarantee? We only guarantee color if a color proof was purchased and approved before printing production. Do you offer recycled stock printing? Recycled stock is available for an additional charge.
